7. Refunds and Cancellations

 

Payment in full is required prior to or on the date of service. In the event you are unable to make your appointment, any payments made will be transferred to your next scheduled appointment. Refunds will be considered within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, and refunds will be processed for the service amount minus an administrative fee of $25. A $25 deposit will be required to schedule services and the deposit will be held for any no shows.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, Medicine Weaver, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, resulting from your use of our Services.
