Medicine Weaver, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility and inclusivity for all users. We strive to create and regularly update our website to meet or exceed the relevant accessibility standards.

   •   Indiana Code 4-13.1-3

       All state-related technologies—including websites—must comply with Section 508 of the        Rehabilitation Act, ensuring that state employees and the public can access                        technology independently and conveniently.   

   •   Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act

       Requires electronic and information technology to be accessible to people with                    disabilities, including web content, documents, multimedia, and software.    

   •   Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

      •   Title II applies to public entities such as state agencies in Indiana.

      •   Title III applies to public-facing private entities offering goods or services.  

   •   WCAG 2.1 Level AA

        Recognized as the technical standard by both federal updates (2024 DOJ rule for Title         II) and state-level adoption. The state of Indiana aims to align with WCAG 2.1                       guidelines.     

 

Ongoing Accessibility Efforts

   •   We conduct regular automated and manual accessibility audits to identify and                     remediate issues such as alternative text for images, captions for video/audio,                     keyboard navigation, form accessibility, and color contrast.

   •   All new digital content—including PDFs, documents, and multimedia—is reviewed and             remediated for Section 508 compliance prior to publishing.  

   •   We continuously monitor and update our website to eliminate accessibility barriers.
